It is rare that I write to a company regarding a product; even rarer to compliment since such products are so mass produced and made with sub-standard ingredients. I was truly surprised and pleased when I tried your product this weekend from my local Harris Teeter's store. The Dark Chocolate Coconut was fresh, tasted great, and even more so tasted like coconut and chocolate should without the corn syrup and other "crap" placed in the ingredients to save money in processing. Thank you for bucking the trend and supplying such a high quality product. I have mentioned this to my colleagues and have purchased several of these to take on deployment overseas. Taste Of Kansas City, Sunday, May 15th. No one else was doing chocolate, so everyone came by. I'm not one for buying chocolate covered anything, but today your chocolate covered coconut caught my eye as I was leaving the Natural Mercantile in Hamilton, VA. You're a new product for them-as I don't believe I've seen these before. Anyway, I got in the car and was immediately taken aback by the size of the pieces. I thought it would be something gummy sugary and overly sweet inside, but instead I found a huge piece of delicious coconut. Maybe that should be obvious, but with many snacks nowadays-it's not. I can't tell you how much I love your dark chocolate apricots ! ; it is my absolute favorite indulgence and - happily - isn't really even that much of an indulgence because it is also very healthy. I have lost 70 pounds and maintained it for over a year while still enjoying my dark chocolate apricots on most days :) It's as much a staple in my pantry as my oatmeal, haha.
